You don’t always need to walk people through a dry subject matter… 

Instead,  it’s important to find common ground with your target audience to help make them care. In this cased I wanted a narrative that focused on what it might actually feel like to be in  an IP dispute. Our character’s lively hood is first disrupted,  he’s then clearly  trapped and frustrated, before being offered a route out.

With the exception of sound design, the  production of this animation was largely a solo project.  This was a great opportunity for creative freedom during the  pre-production phase of script and storyboard development as well as character and style frame  design, right through to the final animation below.
